An aggrieved customer can initiate a return up to 7 days after the date of purchase if;
- You receive a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item.
- You change your mind, with the exception of underwear, adult toys, perfumes, cosmetics, hair extensions.
- When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging.
- If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.
- All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
- Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.
- Any free gifts made available as a result of purchase must also be returned.

- We give 100% refund if the item delivered was wrong in size, color or design.
- We give 80% refund if the item ordered is exactly what was delivered, but for some reason you
just don’t “feel it’s vibe”
- Return and get another item
- Our customers are allowed to exchange an item as an alternative to receiving a cash refund.
- Others
- Our customers are given the privilege of suggesting and negotiating new suitable options other
than the ones mentioned above.
Digital products
- Unless otherwise specified, the Madame Alpha magazine or any other digital product purchased
from our website can’t be returned or refunded. - Subscriptions to our newsletter, magazine or blogs can be canceled at any time by visiting

Handmade and Customizable Products
Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are as follows:
- Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, Madame Alpha is under
no obligation to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon
arrival. - The aggrieved customer is advised to send a snap shot of the product during his/her petition for a
refund. - If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake on our
part, you are allowed 100% money back, no questions asked.
Jewelry, Watches and other accessories
- All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
- Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
- Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won’t be accepted for
return.
Return process
- Complete your return request on our contact page and our team will contact you within 24hours.
- Once the aggrieved customer and the CS team schedule retrieval there will be 2 attempts made to retrieve the item(s) in 5 business days.
- What happens if I miss both attempts to retrieve my return?
Your return request will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to return that item.
- (i) For cash refunds, the money will be reimbursed to the aggrieved customer. The cash is refunded to the same account details provided during purchase. It takes 2-5 business days for the money to reflect in your account.
(ii) For exchange items, this is considered as a new order and the customer is allowed to change the shipping and order details to suit his/her needs. Delivery period may vary from 24hours or less to 5 days depending on the nature of the new order.
