What is premium delivery?
Premium delivery is a 24hrs delivery privilege given to our customers upon request. It results in an additional charge
of Ksh +250 to the normal delivery charges.
Do you allow Cash on Delivery?
Yes. But it’s only applicable to areas within Nairobi and its environs.
I bought a product and I don’t like it can I return it?
Yes. Kindly check our return policy for more information.

No, you do not have to return your entire order. You can return your choice of selected items.
Do I have to return the gift when I return a product?
Yes, any free gift must also be returned.
Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?
Any shipping charges incurred will be refunded up to a max of KSH 3,000 once our team receives the returned item.

What is the normal delivery period?
Delivery is 3 business days for existing and available products, 5 days for custom made or handmade products.
